  • The basement, core and ground floor consist of concrete.
  • Upper floors are constructed in timber
  • Diamond-shaped wooden façade construction
  • Facade has structural and shading functions/natural ventilation concept
  • Helps the environment through recycling and upcycling
  • Building provides car and bike-sharing facilities
